Collapse Ethics Potpourri: Ethical Considerations in Depositions (Bedford)

“If you have to ask whether you are crossing the line, then you probably are standing too close to it.” Legal ethics demands daily line-drawing but the Model Rules of Professional Conduct don’t provide much guidance when it comes to preparing witnesses for deposition and trial. Retired Judge Richard B. Klein, now a Distinguished Neutral with the Dispute Resolution Institute, shares his unique perspective and experience on bringing ethical considerations to depositions.
